... energise your theory lessons...
Do you notice a shift in energy and engagement from students when teaching practical lessons outdoors or in the gym to a theory lesson in a traditional classroom set-up?
Incorporating movement into your PE theory lessons could help you find that perfect balance that students will enjoy.
